What Areas Do I Cover?
In 2010 I moved from Sherburn-in-Elmet to York.
While I am now serving customers in central York (I cover most areas inside the ring road), I have not abandoned my customers in Sherburn-in-Elmet, South Milford, Ulleskelf, Church Fenton, Barkston Ash, Monk Fryston, Hillam, Saxton, Micklefield, Garforth and the surrounding areas.
What Hours Do I Work?
I usually work office hours Monday to Friday but I do try to be flexible.
I am happy to arrange an evening or weekend appointment if that is more convenient for you.

Do I Supply Parts?
I supply replacement parts and upgrades which I fit myself. I don't sell parts seperately.
How Long Will It Take?
Most problems are fixed inside an hour.
How Much Will It Cost?
I charge £60.00 for the first hour and £20.00 for each additional 30 mins (or part thereof). There is no VAT to add.
Parts are charged for separately.
There is no callout charge.
If I can't fix your problem it won't cost you anything.
If I diagnose a fault but you decide not to go ahead with the repair (or fixing the fault is out of my control) then I charge £30.00 per 30 minutes to cover my costs.
How Do You Pay?
I can accept payment by cash or cheque.
