How Does It Work?
I will talk you through how to connect me to your computer via the internet. Don't worry - you don't need to be very technical - it's a very simple process!
(If you have ever dealt with the IT department of a large organisation, this is a similar process).
Once you have connected me to your computer I can control it remotely to fix your problem.
Nothing is left running on your computer when the process is finished. Nobody (myself included) can connect to your computer again without your permission.
What Hours Do I Work?
I usually work office hours Monday to Friday but I do try to be flexible.
I am happy to arrange an evening or weekend session if that is more convenient for you.

How Long Will It Take?
Most problems can be fixed within an hour.
How Much Will It Cost?
I charge £25.00 per 30 mins (or part thereof). There is no VAT to add.
While most problems take about an hour to fix - charging by the half-hour allows me the flexibility to perform less time-consuming tasks while still providing good value.
How Do You Pay?
You can make payment by credit / debit card or bank transfer.
